TRUSTEE COMMITTEE
Meetings of the trustee committee are held in the hall when the hall is free. From 2015 to 2019, the charity was managed by Goxhill Parish Council, after the mass resignation of the committee. A new charity committee was formed from volunteers in Sept 2019 and took up the running of the charity from the Parish Council. In line with their 2019 promise to seek CIO status for the charity, this was granted in Dec 2021. The minutes from that time, confirming these important events are shown below.
Any member of the public with an interest in the activities and the facilities provided by the Hall is invited to attend its meetings. During the Covid emergency (2020-2021), meetings were held using ZOOM video conferencing.
